But anyway, without further ado, here is my commission list that would definitely fit on your budget (i think so ehe). But let me put some conditions first.
RULES
- You may not order when you are not a sure buyer.
- Send first the points. This is to avoid "bogus" buyers.
- I don't do refunds.
- Ask permission if you want to use the icon outside deviantArt and indicate the site.
- You may not steal others commission, it is their property.
- Paypal is not yet accepted so you may not offer real money for the commissions.
- You may order for up to 3 commissions (1 commission = 1 character = 1 slot)
- That's all.
